BHL Evaporative air cooler is designed for industrial workplace cooling (eg. Workshop, factory) and open space cooling application. The evaporative air cooler provides optimal workshop comfort for enhance productivity and working efficiency. It is also environmentally friendly (no harmful gas emission)and energy saving equipments.

The principle of design for BHL evaporative air cooler is based on the water evaporation concept to reduce the surrounding air temperature and with the wind chilled effect (when lower temperature air passes over human skin) thereby causing a lower temperature sensation.

• Hot air from outside ambient pass through Cooling Pad (Evaporative Media) which is spray with normal water
• The evaporative effect of water will absorb heat from hot air to reduce supply air temperature after passing through the cooling pad

• The motor driven fan make the air circulation from outside passing through the evaporative air cooler and deliver into workplace via air duct system with lower air temperature
• Wind chilled effect is secondary cooling effect when air pass over human skin (similar to fan created effect) thereby causing lower temperature sensation.

• Wind chilled effect is depends on both supply air temperature and wind blow velocity
• Suitable for semi-open or fully open space area like factory, restaurant, school hall, out door function etc
